Baby's First Thanksgiving

How much can change in just one month?

Bringing Wesley home was a very exciting time in our house. Wesley had lost a lot of weight in the hospital and even got as low as 5 pounds 12 ounces before making the turn around and gaining some weight. Mommy and Daddy worked very hard with nursing and supplementing and taking Wesley to numerous doctor appointments for weight checks. After the first two weeks, Wesley starting having a lot more awake time. Strangely enough, looking at ceiling fans would hold his interest. Wesley loved it when Daddy would walk Wesley up and down the stairs and sometimes they would even do a little foxtrot together. Mommy's arms were one of Wesley's favorite places to be and he loved to eat and fall asleep there. Our home has grown by two feet and we love the new addition to our family. It has been better than we could have ever imagined!
